Yes! You can also talk to us live using your computer just like you would if you were to use a conventional telephone... only the call is free!

Before you go ahead, please make sure you meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A computer running Windows 98 Second Edition / Millennium Edition / 2000 or XP on a Pentium II 400 or faster with at least 64MB RAM; and
  • Broadband connection of at least 128kb; and
  • Microphone and speakers (or a headset with mic).
If you've met the above requirements, please move onto downloading Firefly.

Firefly is a product made by Freshtel which allows you to make calls to other Firefly users for free over the Internet. It is very easy to install and user-friendly. You should have it up and running within 5 minutes of downloading the file. Once you've installed the software, you'll be asked if you'd like to register a new Freshtel number. Say YES and follow the instructions. As part of the registration process, you'll receive an e-mail from Freshtel containing your Freshtel number and password at which point you're ready to go! Load Firefly and call us on 8231 5786 (same as our Sydney number).
